Principals and Advisors :
• Sai Cheng Contin is a managing director of C Development in Charge of contracts, financial management and project logistics for the firm. Her role sees her prepare project budgets, construction estimates, sub-contractor capabilities and critical path execution for project delivery. Sai Cheng has 30 years experience in the areas of corporate finance and construction risk management in Hong Kong and Florida. Ms. Cheng is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and as well as being a minority woman business owner.

• Juan Contin is a registered architect in the state of Florida, New York Massachusetts, Colorado and Utah bringing 35 years of construction and development experience. Mr. Contin have forged his career being a corporate architect and executive construction manager for the IBM Corporation, Credit Suisse Asia Pacific and Goldman Sachs, Argentina. Currently as a director at C Development Mr. Contin heads the design and site construction of parts of projects as well as project execution details for each project. Mr. Contin is currently a professor at Florida International university, a Director of the Palm Beach American Institute of Architects and the Chairman of the Lake Worth Planning and Zoning Board Florida Architecture License #: AR94935
